Our firm is led by Carol Gonzalez, a strategist, organizer, and advocate who has spent nearly a decade moving policy and campaigns across the private sector, political organizations, and nonprofits. Her work sits at the intersection of grassroots power and institutional change, where community voices are translated into real policy outcomes.

Carol leads with the clarity that comes from experience. She understands the systems because she has navigated them, challenged them, and worked to change them from the inside. Her commitment to advancing policies that uplift low-income, immigrant, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ communities is personal and uncompromising.
